Preparation should happen before the operator is standing at the front door.
Many field problems begin before the first measurement. An incorrect project, missing assignment, outdated reference information, unavailable sketch, or failed synchronization can force the user to rebuild work or rely on incomplete notes.
Parrot Key training begins with a controlled preflight routine. Every student opens the correct file and proves the device is ready before the inspection drill starts.
When an authorized roof sketch or measurement report is part of the workflow, reviewing it beforehand can reveal wrong structures, missing facets, or access questions that should be resolved before estimating.
