Neil founded Parrot Key to teach the practical field and estimating skills that make property files easier to understand. He still inspects properties, writes Xactimate estimates, and reviews claim files, then brings those real lessons into every class.
Neil's lessons come from years of property inspections, field measurements, photo documentation, Xactimate estimating, and file review. He teaches the recurring mistakes he sees and the habits that prevent them.
Parrot Key trains contractor teams, estimators, independent adjusters, and public adjusters. Programs can focus on Xactimate Mobile, Magicplan, property photos, measurements, estimate writing, file organization, or the handoff between the field and office.
Neil is based in Spring Hill, Florida, and will travel domestically or internationally for the right training program. Sessions can be hosted by companies, suppliers, associations, conferences, and professional partners, with live virtual training available worldwide.
Parrot Key teaches people to document what they found, write the estimate clearly, and check their work. Training is educational and does not provide legal advice, decide coverage, represent trainees on active claims, or guarantee approval.
