No. We first confirm scope, location, access, availability, and engagement terms. The response promise concerns our reply, not completion of an inspection.
Does the inspection decide coverage or claim outcomes?
No. It documents the agreed property observations. Coverage decisions and claim outcomes are outside this inspection offering.
Can the visit support a scope-only assignment?
Yes, when that work is explicitly included in the agreed brief. An inspection and a scope-only deliverable can also be requested separately.
