Confirm the correct structure, then verify facets, ridges, hips, valleys, eaves, pitch information, openings, and other important roof components using an appropriate and safe inspection method.
A downloaded roof model is a starting point, not proof that the correct building or every feature has been represented. The estimator must connect verified geometry with observed materials, conditions, photographs, quantities, and applicable estimate items.
