Completeness is not the same as file size. Hundreds of photographs cannot replace a missing overview, and a detailed sketch cannot explain an undocumented condition. The file components must agree with one another.
Parrot Key teaches a final walk-through of the digital file before the physical walk-through ends. If the file raises a question that can be answered at the property, answer it there.
The company should assign responsibility clearly. The field user should perform an on-site check, and some organizations also require a separate estimator or quality-control review.
