An annotation can make a photograph much easier to review, but it can also create confusion when it states more than the image supports or uses inconsistent room names. The label should reduce ambiguity, not replace inspection judgment.
Parrot Key teaches students to separate observation from conclusion. For example, a label can identify a visible stain and its location without turning the caption into a coverage or causation decision.
Current XactAI documentation describes AI-assisted descriptions on supported mobile workflows. The user must review and approve or change generated text; automation should never be treated as a substitute for factual review.
