A supplement should show what changed between the original estimate and the work your company believes is needed. The reviewer should be able to find the requested item, understand the reason, and locate the supporting information.
Support each requested change
Keep the package simple and organized.
- Identify the missing or changed item
- State the quantity and location
- Include the photo or measurement that supports it
- Use clear estimate notes
- Name attachments so they are easy to find
