Working adjuster and Parrot Key instructorUpdatedXactimate Mobile supports project completion and report or media sharing workflows, but the correct method depends on what the recipient needs, account permissions, project status, platform, and company rules. Confirm the current export steps and inspect the output before sending it.
A successful export does not guarantee a useful handoff. The recipient may need a report, photographs, an editable project, or a specific internal transfer. Sending the wrong format can strip context or create duplicate versions.
Parrot Key training includes a handoff drill in which another person opens the delivered file and verifies that the expected sketch, estimate, notes, and photographs are actually present.
Official mobile documentation describes sharing or exporting saved photos and videos. Follow the current product steps and the organization's privacy and file-handling requirements.
