Searching by a familiar word and choosing the first result can create an estimate that looks complete but uses the wrong material, activity, unit, or included labor. The line item must fit the documented work, not merely resemble it.
Parrot Key estimate drills require students to explain the connection between a selected item and the room, photograph, quantity, and intended work. That explanation reveals weak assumptions quickly.
Suggestions and macros can help discovery, but each item still needs an applicability and duplication review for the specific estimate.
